Links to interesting raw content analysis data

Here you can find interesting links to databases with raw, uncoded or only roughly coded material. Some of these links may only be fully available at (Amsterdam) university sites, others are available from everywhere.

– Lexis Nexis (Amsterdam):
Other universities and/or University libraries may also have deals with Lexis Nexis. This service offers searching possibilities in a large number of newpapers and magazines around the world, and for some newspapers, it goes quite far back in time.

– Elektronisch Nieuwsarchief Vlaanderen (ENA – Belgium):
This website provides access to all the main newscasts on Flemish television since 2003. For access, you will need to contact the administrator for a log-in, which will usually be granted without a problem to academics and students. Results of monitoring analyses of ENA are available here.
