Kickoff personalised communication project

With a festive kickoff event in the Agnietenkapel, the personalized communication launched their project. A lot of interested guests and partners of the project attended the event. Combining perspectives from law, policy, media studies, computer science and journalism, a panel of experts discussed the state of personalised communication and its implications (for more information see: http://personalised-communication.net/we-officially-started/).

Damian Trilling gives invited talk at NPSO conference

NWO awards Katjana Gattermann with Veni Grant

The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) awards Katjana Gattermann with Veni Grant for her project “Facing Europe: The Personalization of European Union Politics in News Coverage and its Consequences for Democracy”. During the next three years, she will examine how political personalization in the news promotes the relationship between politicians and citizens in the European Union.
