On November 3, 2025, experts from the Center of Politics and Communication (CPC) looked back at the Dutch general elections and what current developments in political communication mean for democracy. During the roundtable event at SPUI25, CPC members Katjana Gattermann, Fabio Votta, Rachid Azrout, Damian Trilling, and Ulrike Klinger explored what has changed — and what hasn’t — in how political parties communicate, how media ecosystems affect polarization, and how digital technologies influence the way voters think, decide, and vote.
