The World Values Survey (WVS) is a global research project that explores people’s values, beliefs, and cultural changes across societies by conducting nationally representative surveys in many countries worldwide. It provides insights into how values influence social, political, and economic life worldwide, enabling comparisons over time and between nations. There are also specific (news) media exposure variables. Mark conducts the Netherlands data collection (Waves 7 & 8) and included a panel element to allow within-person comparisons for a long time span (2012, 2020, 2026).
